The spunlace technology introduced by the project is very advanced. After landing in Wendeng, it will fill the blank in the field of raw material production of fiber products in Wendeng District and extend the fiber industry in Wendeng District to the upper reaches of the industrial chain.

As soon as the project landed, "whistle in town and street, report to the department", all departments in Wendeng District immediately formed a "contracting team" of "double package and double promotion", focusing on the subcontracting tasks of fast construction and early production of the project, leading the service. Leaders of the natural Resources Bureau, Ecological environment Sub-bureau, administrative Examination and Approval Service Bureau and other departments of Mishan Town government, Wendeng District held on-site office meetings at the project site, communicated with enterprises face to face, put forward problems on the spot and solved them on the spot. As products are in demand, enterprises are eager to put into production as soon as possible to seize the market. Therefore, how to make the project start construction as soon as possible has become the focus of discussion at the site meeting. After discussion, the heads of all departments reached a consensus and decided to open a "green channel" for enterprises to optimize the approval procedures and solve the problems that restrict project construction.

Wendeng District Housing Bureau and Wendeng Planning Sub-bureau of The Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau undertook the task of coordinating land use planning, project planning and construction procedures and optimizing the handling methods. With the first phase nearing completion, construction on the second phase is set to begin next year and the project is expected to be completed by 2024.
